Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site is built on the MerchandiZer (tm) system which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone or fax at the numbers below.
All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.


Sales Tax

Sales tax will only apply to customers in Nebraska. Not to any other US state or the rest of the world.


How can I pay for my order?

The following are our acceptable payment methods:

  • MAJOR CREDIT CARDS: ViSA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER (this is the quickest payment method...this is done with SSL encription. It is very SECURE.
  • On Account - If you check this we will fax/email you a CREDIT APPLICATION. The credit application will need to be completed and approved by Wilson Case prior to order being shipped.
  • Checks - customers who order by check without completing a credit application may have a delay in shipment until funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to:

    How much will my shipping charges be?

    During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed. NOTE: Some store items will have a note stating that freight costs will be figured once order is received. You will then be contacted with freight costs for your order.


    What if I need to return my order?

    You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.


    What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

    If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically. Some items in this store are not standard stock items. There is a note on the "more info" page for these items stating that they are not a stock item. Lead time for items that are not standard stock is 1-2 weeks.


    What is your policy on Privacy?

    We value your privacy and your trust! We take it very seriously. Wilson Case will NEVER sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
